What We Accept.

Dalmor Notebook accepts movement journal submissions from readers documenting their own beginner fitness experiences. The strongest submissions are honest and specific: they record what was done, how it felt at the time, and what changed across a documented period.

We also welcome contribution enquiries from writers with a documented personal practice in beginner fitness. Pitches should identify the angle, the source material, and the approximate length. The editorial team reviews all pitches within ten working days.
